Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

The item is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all accessories, manuals, and tags.

Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind

Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling

Refund Policy
As we operate on a cash-on-delivery only basis:

Refunds are not provided for completed and accepted deliveries.

If your return is approved and the item is returned before payment is collected, the order will be canceled with no payment required.

Exchange Policy
We may offer a replacement item only if the original item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Products intentionally damaged or modified after delivery

Shipping Costs for Returns
If a return is approved due to our error (damaged or wrong item), return shipping costs will be covered by Noela Shots. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
